Michael Mortensen managed planning and development for the award-winning comprehensive redevelopment of the 1300 Block of Marine Drive in West Vancouver - from acquisition through public involvement and design to approval. Michael implemented an innovative Co-design Public Involvement process to help secure a challenging rezoning approval. On the strength of the planning process and design (James Cheng Architecture), the District opted to negotiate the sale of their half of the block to Grosvenor.
