LCP helped BC Housing secure rezoning approval by providing Planning and Economic Analysis for a multi-phase master-plan redevelopment of Skeena Terrace - a 2,000-unit affordable housing master plan redevelopment in Vancouver BC (replacing 230 units). The project features a mix of deep and moderate-income affordable rental homes, market rentals, local serving retail, and community facilities. Rezoning approved March 2024.
